Blacklist Season 9 Episode 16

An unknown investor buys bulk shares in Red’s company after Liz’s death.

Cooper’s punishment is postponed for 30 days. Hopefully, the task force can collect enough evidence in that time to get him off the hook. While Cooper is on trial, the task force gets a new leader, Aram.

The blacklist is a colleague that owns a storage facility where Red and the dead detective keep their things. Red and Lacroix get into Reginold Coles’s office and find a key. It is a hidden storage facility for infamous criminals. Red was already aware of this, as his stuff is already stored there. The owner of the storage facility, Helen Maghi is in hiding after a cargo of military weapons and equipment deal goes wrong. Red tracks her down and makes her an offer that if she shows him the key’s vault, he would get the FBI to back off her.

Aram is a tech wiz and will go to any length to find the person who blackmailed Cooper for Liz’s death.
Helen accepts Red’s offer to get the FBI off her back. Helen is intercepted by the joint terrorism task force. Red is furious.

Blacklist Season 9 Episode 17

Aram is kidnapped by the cartel because of a missing shipment. Red suspects, there is a connection between Aram and Don Maruez who runs the cartel through a server system.

Teddy asked Red who broke into the safe, but Red said he did not know. Maruez thinks Aram knows a code that will find his shipment. Aram found something but says it is not his. That someone stole his work. Then the Skripp brothers find someone in the system that would be Aram, but it is not him.

Red watches a video that he made for Liz in case he died before her. He lets her know that she would be the head of the business. What they have that lies ahead is a glorious journey, and wants to spend his life with her.

Aram gets saved my Dembre and Ressler and he tells them about the Ransom call as they untie him from the corner.

Aram refuses to go to the hospital saying the source code has been stolen. The only person that has it is his ex-partner Nick Faria. Aram goes to see Nick tell him about the failures in the system. Nick does not care and said, “if people are buying them he will be selling them.” Aram says it’s dangerous and could cripple the system.

Aram tells Antonio that he almost died and that it was his fault. Antonio used the code to hack his dad’s business.

Red shows Heinrich where they took his safe from the wall. He said the forgery was an exact duplicate.
Cooper tells Ressler that Reginold Cole is dead and the only suspect they have is LeCroy.
