Customers at the club reportedly helped detain the guy, and police in Colorado Springs claimed he was later arrested and sent to a local hospital for treatment.

Anderson Lee Aldrich was named the suspect in the nighttime mass shooting at a Colorado Springs LGBTQ bar. Five people were killed, and at least 17 others were injured in the shooting before he was wounded and taken into custody.
During a press conference on Sunday, Colorado Springs Police Chief Adrian Vasquez named the suspect 22-year-old Anderson Lee Aldrich. Vasquez added that two firearms were found at the scene, and Aldrich had used a long rifle. A local hospital is still caring for Aldrich.

Officials with the police department indicated that Aldrich’s “interactions with law enforcement” are part of the more extensive inquiry, but they would not confirm or deny rumors that he had previously been approached by authorities.
