9-1-1 Season 6 Episode 13: Episode 13 of season 6 of 9-1-1 will air on Monday, April 10, 2023, at 8 pm ET/PT. Although the series typically follows a weekly release pattern, the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards took the March 27th slot, pushing the episode’s release to Easter.

Season 6 began on September 19, 2022, with 12 episodes having aired so far. The latest episode, titled “Recovery,” aired on March 20, 2023. Directed by co-executive producer John J. Gray and written by Andrew Meyers, this episode lasted for 42-45 minutes.
Recovery: A Recap
In “Recovery,” viewers witnessed the strong support from Evan “Buck” Buckley’s family as he dealt with trauma. The Walshes were arrested after LAPD patrol sergeant Athena Grant–Nash and former rehab center patient Tamara provided evidence against them. The show, created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Tim Minear, follows the lives of Los Angeles first responders.
Anticipation for Episode 13
The upcoming episode of season 6 is expected to keep viewers hooked. A promotional clip released last week gave a 20-second sneak peek into episode 13, titled “New Sensation.” The brief video showed gym-goers falling victim to smoke, dehydration, and flushed skin.
Chimney and Maddie’s Relationship and the Mysterious Woman
The clip also hinted at the evolving relationship between firefighter-paramedic Chimney Han (Kenneth Choi) and nurse-911 operator Maddie Buckley (Jennifer Love Hewitt). However, the introduction of a mysterious, recently released prisoner living nearby threatens to disrupt their progress.
Episode Duration and Consistency
Although the duration of episode 13 has not been disclosed, it is likely to last for 45 minutes, consistent with other episodes in the series.
Previous Breaks in Season 6
The sixth season of 9-1-1 has taken a few breaks since its premiere in September. After the release of the sixth episode titled “Tomorrow,” the series took a two-week hiatus before returning with episode 7, “Cursed.” There was also a 14-day gap between episodes 8 and 9, “The X-Files.”
Despite these interruptions, the series has generally received positive feedback, and reports suggest that the breaks will become less frequent following the release of episode 13.
