7800x3d Release Date: Although it is the smallest of AMD’s new chips, the eight-core 7800X3D will be a good addition to the company’s growing 7000 series. But when will Ryzen 7 7800X3D be on the market?

The X3D chips, which were announced at CES 2023, will be the first time that AMD’s amazing L3 3D V-Cache technology will be used. This type of advanced packaging and stacking will help gaming and content creation in bigger ways.

We also have an official release date of April 6 for the Ryzen 7 7800X3D. That’s after the 7950X3D and the 7900X3D, two Ryzen 9 chips, came out.

Even though there are some things we know about how AMD’s new chips work on the inside, there are still a lot of things we don’t know. One of these is why they are coming out at different times. Even though the company said it would launch on February 14, AMD quickly said that the date was wrong and that the real launch date would be announced at a later time.

We also know how much the new CPUs will cost before they come out. The 7800X3D will cost $449. That seems like a good spot for the chip, since its more powerful siblings will cost $599 (7900X3D) and $699 (7950X3D).

Of course, the most important thing is how well everything works, and we’re just as eager as you are to get some verified benchmarks to look at. We’ll tell you what we think about the next step in the Zen 4 journey for AMD as soon as we have it.

In any case, these chips are sure to offer new things in terms of price and performance. It’s not clear yet how the chips will compare to Intel’s options, but the company has kept its focus on the consumer with its new chips, so if all goes well, they’ll be a good choice.
